This remote role supports imaging partners in optimizing Cardiac CTA equipment, exam uploads, and report delivery.
Daily work includes receiving imaging exams from customers, uploading them to appropriate organizations, and managing the master list with teammates. Communicate with partners to boost scan efficiency and quality via CCTA best practices for scanning, patient preparation, and heart rate control. Present virtually in meetings and document process improvements for leadership.
The team consists of experienced CT technologists specialized in CCTA acquisition and reconstruction, using prior knowledge to teach best practices and enhance image quality. Most teams work remotely with access to offices in Denver, New York, Dallas, and Lisbon. Collaborate digitally via Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom.

Requirements
- ARRT (CT) required
- Associate degree in radiologic technology (or equivalent)
- 2+ years Coronary CTA experience
- Ability to organize and lead virtual training sessions
- Basic computer software knowledge
Responsibilities
- Receive imaging exams from customers and upload them into the appropriate organization
- Provide coverage and management of the Master list in conjunction with teammates' schedules
- Communicate with imaging partners to increase efficiency and quality of scans through education on CCTA best practices for scanning, patient preparation, and heart rate control
- Present meetings and attend meetings virtually
- Report and document all related concerns and recommended process improvements to imaging sites and core lab leadership
- Demonstrate Cleerly software to clients and partners upon request
- Support imaging site implementation to the Cleerly platform upon request
- Collaborate with other departments to standardize best practices for quality and efficiency
Benefits
- Salary: $99,000-$110,000
- Total Target Compensation including base pay, variable pay, and commission
- 100% remote work (must be located in Denver, CO)
