Radiology - CT Technologist

About this role

Requirements

• Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario – Radiology.
• Minimum one (1) year hospital experience or equivalent.
• Scanning in CT head and renal colic experience preferred.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide service excellence and patient-focused care.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize critical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a multidisciplinary family-centred care environment.
• Perform a complete range of tests and procedures related to General Radiography.
• Handle patient information registry and report preparation.
• Maintain equipment and perform other duties as relevant.
• Undergo training in full-line Computerized Tomography (CT) and complete CAMRT CT certification.
• Work across all three hospital locations.
• Provide service excellence and patient-focused care.
• Utilize critical decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
