As a Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to electrophysiology physicians and lab staff, with an emphasis on the AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters.

In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, and Field Service Engineers to ensure alignment and coordination of activities that meet business objectives. You will build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications.

You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation patients. Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, and you will help enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures.

This position offers the opportunity to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization across Western and Central New York. Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness while working with a team reimagining how we heal.

Requirements

  • Expert clinical product knowledge and technical assistance skills for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems.
  • Ability to provide training to health care providers including EP physicians, Interventional Cardiologists, and laboratory staff.
  • Experience with AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters or similar intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) technology.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Regional Business Directors, Territory Managers, and Field Service Engineers.
  • Willingness to travel within the Western and Central New York territory (Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse areas).

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO System and appropriate software modules.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications.
  • Partner directly with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
  • Enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures through clinical and technical product support.
  • Grow and develop the company’s product and technology utilization within the assigned territory.
