Join Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital's team of caregivers providing top-quality patient care to the communities in and around Port St. Lucie. This state-of-the-art acute care facility opened in 2013 and expanded in 2017, offering services across a wide variety of specialties.
As a Lead Procedural Technologist in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will provide leadership by guiding caregiver roles and functions in the procedural area. You will also assist nursing and medical staff in providing care to patients undergoing invasive procedures such as cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures.

Work Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 5:30PM, with on-call and rotating weekend and holiday requirements. This is an opportunity to grow and lead within a renowned health system.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
- Current Florida State License as a General Radiographer.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or interventional radiology.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide caregiver roles and functions.
Responsibilities
- Assign and distribute work of procedural technologists.
- Manage caseload as necessary, coordinating patient flow to the area based on clinical information and equipment availability.
- Coordinate work schedules to provide required shift and on-call coverage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of in-service training and new employee orientation.
- Assist the manager with performance appraisals and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality and regulatory compliance in the procedural area.
- Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures.
