Requirements

  • ARDMS certification in Vascular Technology (RVT)
  • Knowledge of vascular anatomy and pathophysiology
  • Proficiency in ultrasound equipment operation
  • Ability to perform carotid, venous, and arterial duplex studies
  • Experience with intraoperative vascular imaging
  • BLS certification
  • High level of patient care skills in clinical settings

Responsibilities

  • Perform vascular ultrasound studies in surgical specialties
  • Provide high level of knowledge and responsibility in patient care
  • Conduct non-invasive vascular imaging in the SUSL Vascular Lab
  • Operate ultrasound equipment for arterial and venous assessments
  • Assist with Doppler and duplex ultrasound procedures
  • Prepare patients for vascular lab examinations
  • Contribute to accurate vascular diagnostics for surgical teams
