About this role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist for the North New Jersey / Bronx, NY territory. Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians, interventional cardiologists, and lab staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters. Emphasis on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ enables advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to identify and foster interest in new products or indications. Grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization through targeted clinical expertise. Deliver training on effective catheter and system use during procedures.
Directly partner with Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management. Ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives. Operate within an inclusive work environment guided by the company's Credo.

Requirements
- Expertise in clinical product support for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters
- Proficiency with AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ ultrasound catheters
- Knowledge of EP and IC procedures including cardiac ablation
- Experience providing technical assistance and training to EP physicians and interventional cardiologists
- Familiarity with CARTO® System, CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™ and Stockert RF generator
- Ability to build relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff
- Background supporting electrophysiology laboratory procedures as Cardiac Sonographer
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters in EP and IC procedures
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment including the CARTO® System and appropriate software modules
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff
- Identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company’s product and technology utilization
- Directly partner with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities
- Support practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures
- Enable effective use of CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™ and the Stockert RF generator during case procedures
